Product Introduction

The Vibrating Screen (vibro screen) is an industrial device used to grade and separate bulk, powdered, and granular materials by particle size before they enter downstream equipment such as conveyors, mills, or silos. The unit consists of an inlet trough for receiving material,  main body with a box-type structure containing an internal mesh or screen deck, multiple conical outlets at the discharge end for separating fine and coarse fractions, a circular side inspection door for service access, and a set of steel springs mounted on angled support brackets for vibration isolation from the underlying structure.

Operation is based on the controlled vibratory motion of the body, driven by one or more vibrator motors (typically mounted on the housing or connected through the axial opening on the top surface): the generated vibration causes material to pass across the internal mesh or screen deck, separating particles by size and discharging them through the separate outlets. The springs mounted beneath the support legs isolate the vibrations from the supporting structure, preventing their transmission to the foundation or adjacent equipment. Due to its ability to precisely separate particles and operate consistently even with sticky or irregular materials, this type of vibrating screen is widely used in industries such as cement, mining, steel, and mineral processing.
